We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Email us at support@recoverygear.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We charge no restocking fees.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless defective.
